Salmon with Cilantro Pesto

Ingredients:

2 Bunches cilantro
6 Cloves garlic
2 Tbsp. toasted almonds ground
4 Tbsp. olive oil
½ Lemon
¼ Tsp. salt & pepper
¼ Onion
Salmon
Optional: Add rice as your base

To prepare sauce:

Blend all ingredients in a food processor.
Slowly add in oil.
Blend well.
Serve fresh or save in the refrigerator for later use.
